At
Epic Longboards, you will find a safe and secure environment for
online ordering. We have created a online system that guarantees
a secure and confidential ordering process.
Sales Tax
All
orders shipped to Utah must be charged the standard 8.25% sales
tax. If you are ordering from another state or from a country
other than the United States, no sales tax will be applied.
Availability
We will notify you by email if
there are any delays in the shipping of your board. All of our
hardwood boards are made to order and take aproximately 2 weeks
to ship.
Delivery
FedEx Ground typically takes between 2-10 business days
to deliver and will not deliver on weekends.
Return
Policy
If
you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason you may return
or exchange it within 30 days at which time you will receive a
full refund for the cost of the item (excluding the shipping cost).
It is imperative that you contact an Epiclongboards.com employee
at returns@epiclongboards.com before sending a product back to
us. We will not, however, accept damaged or otherwise
non-resalable merchandise.
